Strong Roots
Strong Roots — a certified B-Corp producing plant-based frozen foods — partnered with OBERLAND to support its expansion into the U.S. and accelerate global growth. The brand needed a visual identity and packaging system refresh that could stand out in crowded freezer aisles while communicating its mission around clean ingredients and sustainability. Our team redesigned the brand identity and packaging architecture, creating a bold, flexible system that could scale across an expanding product portfolio and multiple retail environments. We created a new tagline, Good Made Easy, and extended the refreshed identity into a brand campaign, including out-of-home creative across New York City and London to build early awareness and drive in-store purchases. The work helped Strong Roots rapidly scale its retail presence and product line, launching over 40 new products globally and expanding distribution to more than 14,000 stores worldwide, including Whole Foods and Walmart. The campaign drove a 212% lift in NYC store sales, and the brand’s accelerated growth ultimately positioned Strong Roots for a strategic partnership with McCain Foods, valuing the company at over $110M.
